Due to increasing case numbers in Germany, and among our institute members, masks will be required indoors during the event. To try to add an extra layer of safety, we will provide two COVID-19 self-use rapid tests for each participant. We strongly encourage participants to take a test on each day of the conference before joining the event, and to stay home if they have any symptoms (regardless of test status).
There is an outdoor courtyard participants can use during coffee breaks if they prefer to socialize outside, weather permitting. In some cases, we may be able to open windows during the indoor events, but often street noise is too disruptive to keep windows open.
