Welcome to the CoBIC Scientific Opening Symposium
The three partners of the Cooperative Brain Imaging Center Frankfurt (Goethe University, Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics, and Ernst Strüngmann Institute of the Max Planck Society) invite you to attend the CoBIC Scientific Opening Symposium on 20–21 April, 2026. It will host a group of world-renowned scientists to speak at the Casino Festsaal on Campus Westend, followed by an exciting program at CoBIC itself. We want to celebrate the inauguration of our research center and showcase its phenomenal infrastructure, but most importantly, we want this symposium to emphasize the diversity of research questions that we aim to answer.
The symposium provides a platform for scientific exchange, inspiration, and collaboration. It marks the visible launch of CoBIC’s mission to advance innovative, interdisciplinary brain research in Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main region, and beyond. See you soon!
