February 11th, 2022: Abstract Submission Deadline
April 4th, 2022: Participants notified of acceptance decision. Registration open for active participants. NOTE: Due to corona infections in the team this date is delayed.
May 14th, 2022: Registration open for all participants. There is no fee to attend the conference; registration is free. The exact number of in-person participants will depend on the pandemic situation. We plan to have up to 45 seats available. Preference will be given to participants presenting at the conference. We will hold the conference in a hybrid format. Please note that registration is still required for digital participation.
June 1st, 2022: Registration for in-person participation closes. Registration for online participation will continue.
July 7th, 2022: Conference begins
